Imaging

In late 2006, Advantage Systems added the capability to manage images of vendor invoices to the AMB product. The capability to scan such invoices to create either a “Pdf” or “Tiff” file of the invoice is easily done through this latest add-on module.

Images are easily viewed through the Vendor Inquiry function.

In 2007, the Imaging function is being enhanced to handle additional documents such as vendor W-9’s.
