Web Reports

Sophisticated branch managers insist upon real-time information about the loans they are doing and their branch financial position.  AMB’s Web Based Reports were designed with your most discriminating and detailed branch managers in mind, while addressing the needs of those who prefer a more summarized approach.

Each branch manager has access to just their branch or branches.  Within the branch records, the corporate accounting group can prevent the branch manager from seeing any corporate-only accounts, such as cash or secondary marketing gains.  The system links directly to the main AMB accounting database.   True loan level detail, much of which is collected through our automated approach, is available real time to your managers without requiring an additional step.

Check Register By Branch – Shows the checks written on behalf of the branch, including the date, check number, and vendor.  Users can drill down to the expense GL account.  All web based reports can be printed.

Funded Loans By Branch  - designed for the branch manager who is primarily interested in loan production.  Each row of the report represents the P&L for a loan.  Your staff can design the columns to summarize income and expense per loan into easy-to-understand headings.  You can arrange the P&L by loan into as few or as many columns as you like, with a total at the end of the row representing the total income per loan.

Web Branch General Ledger Report - A traditional General Ledger detail report by branch.  This report is designed for the sophisticated branch manager familiar with detailed accounting reports.

Income By Branch Report – This real-time P&L report offers full-drill down capability to the account and loan level.  Managers who want to know exactly which loans make up their income can see income real-time.  The ability to drill down to the loan level allows managers to cross reference their Funded Loans By Branch Report and their Transactions by Loan Number Report.  These three reports give your managers complete visibility of their income and expense.

Web Branch P&L MTD, MTD YTD, and YTD Reports – These are traditional P&L reports formatted for printing.  The reports can be summarized by Financial Statement Group, or displayed at the account level

Transaction by Loan Number Report – This is the ultimate loan level detail report.  Each loan transaction is reported in General Ledger order, instead of in transaction or chronological order. This structure allows managers to see totals per GL account.  The manager can select the loan numbers and activity dates he wants to see. They can see all of the non-excluded transactions that make up the loan.  Managers can see the loan going on and off the warehouse line.  Managers can see the appraisal expense for a loan and the check number of the payment.  Managers will have confidence in the accuracy of the records because they are looking at true accounting data.  This report reduces calls to the corporate office for detailed information about a loan.  By putting this information in the branch manager's hands, we hope to reduce the phone calls to the corporate accounting department.
