Mortgage Reports
Loan Level Reporting
GL
Reconciliation – Allows the user to quickly reconcile
balance sheet accounts. The report was designed to show which loans comprise
any account balance as of any date. At the push of a button you can see
which loans comprise the Warehouse Line Payable, Loans Held for Sale,
Appraisal fees Payable and even your Trust Cash accounts.
Multi-Account
Reconciliation – This report takes the “GL
Reconciliation” to a new level in that multiple accounts are presented
as individual columns on the report. If reporting on Balance Sheet accounts,
errors stand out because they can be easily compared to other balance
sheet accounts. If the accounts selected have a P&L orientation, you
can see profitability by loan, loan officer, loan type and much more!
Transactions
by Loan Number – Allows the user to see every transaction
that has occurred on a single loan. Did you get the appraisal money? Did
you pay the Flood cert? These questions can be answered in seconds without
leaving your desk.
Transactions
by GL Number and Loan Number
– Allows the user to see all the loan level activity on a given
GL account. If there is a question about the activity on a given GL account,
this report will list, in loan number order, everything that happened
on the account for the period requested.
P&L
by Loan Number
- Provides a P&L on a loan by loan basis. Any questions about whether
or not you made money on a loan can be answered in seconds.
Branch Reporting
In addition to AMB’s
ability to report by branch is it’s ability to email each report
to the respective branch manager. With each report, the user can report
on multiple branches in a single reporting session. Except for the Multi-Branch
P&L, the system will create a separate report for each branch selected.
Several Branch reports exist but the following are some of the favorites:
P&L by Branch –
Allows you to quickly and easily print reports for multiple branches or
cost centers within a single report session. Both “Summary”
and “Detail” versions of the report are available. The “Detail”
version of the report presents the individual account balances comprising
the line items of the financial statement. To minimize the presentation,
those accounts not having a balance are not presented, (unless you want
them).
Multi-Branch P&L –
Presents each branch or cost center as a column on the report. This report
is ideal for comparing the performance of various branches.
GL by Branch – provides
the same excellent detail as our standard “General Ledger”
report but provides a separate report for each branch selected. If anyone
questions the “P&L by Branch”, give them the “GL
by Branch.”
Quick A/P by Branch – Presents
an aging of those outstanding invoices related to the selected branch.
Even if the invoice was charged to multiple branches, this report will
present only that portion that applies to the specific “Branch”
selected.
Check Register by Branch
– Presents a list of checks written for invoices charged to a selected
branch. If multiple branches are selected, the system will generate a
separate report for each branch.
P&L
by Branch and Loan – Allows the user to present
only the income and expenses on a loan that relate directly to a specific
branch.
